Apple Bay Breeze

Every now and then my wife and I like to go to this nice italian restaurant near us. The food is tremendous and the drinks are just as wonderful. Well a few nights ago we went and I ordered a drink called an Apple Bay Breeze, wow! It was great, a perfect balance of alcohol and fruit. Needless to say I had a few more before I left. The recipe below is for 1 serving:

1 oz. Pineapple Rum
1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime peel.
