Yellow Cake

Feeling like having a little drink & dessert after dinner, but don't quite have the room for both? Well, this little shooter will satisfy both of your cravings! Here is how you make 1 serving:

1/3 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/3 oz Triple Sec
1/3 oz Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a shot glass. This is a very flavorful drink that tastes just like the dessert!

Blue Lagoon

Summer is almost here, and this is the perfect drink to have on a lazy summer day, just sit back and relax by the pool and let this drink cool you off. Here is what you need for 1 serving:

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
Lemonade (make your own, it's worth it!)
1 Cherry

Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry, and serve. In the picture, the lemonade is poured first, then the vodka & curacao are poured over for a nice effect. Enjoy!

Caramel Apple Martini

There are many variations of this, but this one stands out a little more. Here is what you need for 1 serving:

Crushed ice
⅓ oz. Vodka
⅓ oz. Melon Liqueur
⅓ oz. Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur
⅓ oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 Cherry

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, melon and sour apple liqueurs and Butterscotch Schnapps. Shake and strain into a frosted martini glass. Drop in the cherry.
I really like this drink, it tastes amazing. Be careful though, they are addictive!

**** Note: If you want a regular Apple Martini, just omit the Butterscotch Schnapps

Cocktail Recipes

Welcome to Drink It. Once a week or more often I'll post a different cocktail and instructions on how to make it. I only post cocktails that I like, and that I've tried & made. I'll post a picture when possible and I'll break down what I think of the drink, then you can decide if you want to Drink It.
